Toshiba GIGASHOT A40F Digital Video Camcorder has a 1080i widescreen video capture. The on-board electronic stabilisation ensures maximum perfection to the visuals along with a professional touch. An effective pixel for movie is 1,490,000 and that for still image is 1,490,000. Focus distance varies from 4.5 to 45 mm and the shutter speed is between1/2 - 1/500 seconds. The filter diameter of the unit is 43mm. Supported still, video formats are JPEG and MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 (60fps) respectively.
There is also a built-in microphone that supports Dolby Digital, 48kHz, 16bit, stereo, 384kbps sounds. Terminals supported by the device include A/V OUT, DC IN 10V, USB, Component Video and HDMI (type C). It supports a Li-ion battery too.
