without a PC for easy sharing. Sony presents DCR-DVD410E Digital camcorder which is much easier to handle and at the same time gives a very impressive performance.
Quick and Easy Operation: It has an 8GB Flash memory and the DVD disc makes the device most convenient as it makes sharing and archiving easier. Super Steady Shot is another characteristic which makes it possible to have improved stability and quality for the pictures and videos. There is no chance of missing any snaps, because the quick ‘ON’ button enables fast start up from the sleep mode.
Wide colour viewfinder and the 2.7” Hybrid LCD touch screen (rotating) helps you for an easy preview of the images. It also allows you to clarify the defects and distortions. Its display format is 123,200 pixels. Quick and easy searches are possible with the Face index and Film Roll Index. It has an infrared remote control too.
Better Sound Recording: Sony DCR-DVD410E Digital Video Camcorder offers better sound recording for your videos. The 5.1 surround sound recording with the zoom mic picks up dialogues with maximum clarity and also sounds of foreground objects. There is a built-in speaker as well.
Other features: Back light compensation, Fader function and PictBridge support are some other features which help you to give more quality to the images and videos. In addition, auto power-save and digital noise reduction and date/time stamp are also there. White balance can be Custom, automatic, presets and the white balance presets are indoor and outdoor. Wide variety of scene selection is possible like Twilight, Sunrise & Sunset, Landscape, Portrait, Spotlight, Beach and snow. Coming to movie, Sports, Candle and Fireworks are also possible. Colour Slow Shutter and Auto Slow shutter are present.
Special Effects like Sepia, Pastel, Monotone and Old Movie can be given to make your photos and movies unique. Low Lux Night mode is another facility available.
Sony DCR-DVD410E camcorder supports Sony NP-FH40 battery. It is a Li-ion rechargeable battery with 680mAh capacity and is included in the package.

Effective Video Resolution for Sony DCR-DVD410E 1 MP Digital camcorder is 690Kpix. Analogue video format supported is PAL and image storage is preferred in JPEG 1152 x 864, JPEG 640 x 480 formats. Both automatic and Programme exposure modes are possible in this device.
