Features and functions of this camcorder
The new Samsung VP-D372WHI Mini DV Digital Camcorder is available in pure white colour. The dimensions of this device are 55 x 94 x 119mm and it weighs 340 grams.
This Samsung digital camcorder is accustomed with a CCD sensor, the size of which is 1/6” and the sensor resolution comes to 800Kpixels. Mini-DV format is the storage media of this product. The supported signal format is PAL. A powerful audio mode is also showcased in the form of 12/16bit PCM. As far as menu languages are concerned, almost 21 multi languages are supported by this camcorder. To increase the visibility, a LED light is also equipped in this camcorder.
This device exhibits an optical zoom of 34x while the digital zoom supported is 1200x. A digital image stabiliser is also fitted in this camcorder. It also contains a diopter adjust feature. The provided focal length is 2.3 ~ 78.2mm and the used lens aperture is F1.6 ~ 4.3. The zooming speed of this camcorder is 4 seconds. The diameter of the fitted filter is 30mm.
The size of the embedded colour LCD display screen is 2.7”. The display resolution offered is 112K. This camcorder also contains a colour viewfinder of size 0.3” and 123 pixels.
This camcorder can record with SP and LP formats. Both auto and manual focus are supported by this device. The contained shooting programmes are auto, sports, portrait, spotlight, sand/snow and high speed shutter. The minimum shutter speed is 1/60 seconds while maximum is 1/10000seconds.
