Panasonic VDRD300 DVD Camcorder has the recording format in DVD and hence the video that you capture will be in DVD format. Therefore it is not needed to record it in ordinary CD format and then convert it in to DVD format. The recording system used in this camcorder is of the type NTSC or PAL. The CCD quality of the system is 3, and the size of it is 1/6 inches. The CCD resolution is 800K pixels. It has a LCD viewfinder as well.

The display unit of the device is made up of LCD panel of size 2.7 inches. The optical and the digital zoom of capacity of the Panasonic Camcorder are 10x and 700x respectively.
