Kodak Unveils Waterproof Pocket HD Camcorder

playsport-video-camera-digitalcamcorder.org.ukIn the line of pocket HD camcorder, Kodak has introduced the first waterproof camcorder, the Kodak PLAYSPORT video camera. The highly tolerant case of the camcorder will not allow water to enter in ease. To a depth of 10 feet it play sport is waterproof. Videos are captured at a resolution of 1080p at 30 frames per second. Kodak features 2 inch LCD display and works in Li-Ion rechargeable batteries. The HDMI ports could be used to connect the camcorder to the HDTV for viewing the clips in bigger screen.

If video appear shaky, it could be rectified to more sharper stills using the digital image stabilization. A HDMI cable comes free with the water sport camcorder which is been priced $149.95. This new slim camcorder is been reported to be available from April in three attractive colors viz Adrenaline Rush (purple), Wave Crash (blue) and Abyss (black).

Along with the pocket camcorder, kodak has also planned to release digital photo frames and digital cameras.
